2. Hosting & Server Logs

Our website is hosted on servers within the EU. When you access the site, technical log data is automatically collected (IP address, date/time, referrer, user agent, requested resources). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation, security, and error analysis). Log data is deleted regularly.

3. Cookies & Consent

We use technically necessary cookies to provide our services. Optional services (e.g., analytics) are only used with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your selection at any time in the footer under “Cookie settings”.

4. Contact Requests

If you contact us via form, email, or Discord, we process your information exclusively to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

5. Customer Area / Orders

For contract performance (e.g., purchase of scripts, licenses), we process account and contract data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If external service providers are used, this is done based on a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

We use analytics tools (e.g., Matomo/Google Analytics) to measure reach. Use is only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). IP addresses are anonymized. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Social Media & Embeds

Links to Discord, Instagram, or other platforms are direct links only. By clicking, the respective privacy policies of the providers apply.

8. Your Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

We use TLS encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security updates to protect your data.
